Collaborating with RSHP in London, I had the opportunity to work on public spaces near the future Caracas National Stadium. This involved repurposing 1950s infrastructure, improving physical and visual access to the site, and connecting disjointed programs. Phasing was a key component for the project's success, as much of it was to be built incrementally by the local neighborhood organizations.
