Pocatello
& the Portneuf River
Utah State University Urban Theory, Systems, and Design Studio, fall 2017
Instructors & Critics: Caroline Lavoie, Todd Johnson
Working with city officials and local experts, I collaborated on a team as part of a class-wide project to recommend urban design interventions in the downtown area and Portneuf River in Pocatello, Idaho. We hosted community engagement sessions to aid in our research but also had conversations with the mayor, planners, and engineers to guide our designs. Elements of our work are currently being developed.
